Section 07 The terms, in plain language

The number is $100,000 of net income above your own prior twelve months. Your last twelve months is the starting line, not a second deadline.
The window is eighteen months from the day you start.
What you have to do: run the system as it is given to you. The scripts, the presentations and the forms.
What ends it: substituting your own process for the one you were given. Todd cannot guarantee a system he did not build.
If the number is not there, Todd pays you the difference. That is the remedy stated in the written agreement.
Not everyone is accepted. Applications are reviewed and accepted at Todd Walters' sole discretion.
